Today went for compulsory training, it was good to see alot of the juniors turning up! Good job! Left the mat laying to them today as I felt tired lolz!
Anyway training was good, however I do not know why but after a few rolls, my thighs just felt super tired! Could not train very well. Got called up to do Monotedori Iriminage demo, and it killed me even more! Was planning to do some serious Iriminage-ing, with the pulling of collars and everything but did not have the energy though....As usual, Kris was super keen on trying to decimate whoever that partners with her. She very kan chiong when doing the Koshinage..tsk tsk, no wonder cannot throw me! Hohoho!
After training lunch was pretty ok, dunno why but I only drank a cup of soya bean + chin chow and ate chicken rice without finishing the vegetables! What is happening!
Getting abit out of shape! Must go train abit! Field soccer this Sat! Maybe! Hopefully!
Progress has been good! Hopefully it continues to become even better! Wooooo!
