Went to the very first service yesterday for Hope Church! I must say it was quite a nice experience. Met up with Ser Meng, Nicholas, Marco, Mark(Marco), Benjamin(Big), Benjamin(Small), Zhi Wei and one more guy(forgot the name =x) at Plaza Singapura's Kopitiam. Ate lunch and then we went to search for present for a female who I do not know =/. Lolz! A Mecha guy and his friend joined us abit later.

After that we went to hide somewhere and "ambushed" JP and sort of celebrated his birthday with a birthday song and then he ate his tiramisu cake. After that we made our way to Cuppage Plaza and met Joseph on the way. I was quite surprised like Ser Meng said, I did not thought that Hope Church would be located at Cuppage Plaza' Nexus Auditorium.

It was very different from the church Shemona went to. But the place was nice, they sell quite a big selection of books including bibles and improvement books there too. After waiting for a while, we proceed to be seated in a place where it feels like a movie theater! The layout was the same as a theater and the only thing that was different was that it had a stage.

Had worship, praise and drama. Drama was pretty funny and I think I get what message they are trying to portray. Attend the first preach in my life, it felt just like lecture in school but the pastor, Jasmine, was definitely more interesting to listen to than lecturers in school.

She said "Imagine 90 of Nexus Auditorium full of mist and 30 metres deep, it might seem alot! But when you compress the whole thing into becoming water, it can barely fill a glass! That is was worry is! Worry exaggerates the whole problem!" And I find this particular point quite true!

After service went to a nearby food court to eat, talk quite abit and played True or Dare. However no one did Dare lolz! Anyway, when we were returning from buying drinks, Big Benjamin suggested we introduce ourselves to the Engine school girls who were having their dinner in the pizza place. We "agreed" to his suggestion and when he went in and started talking, he did not bothered to look back to see that we have all walked another way! LOLZ! Talked somemore and went home!
