Random

Today while walking to Tampines interchange to take 81 home ahead of Zi Zhao, Kris, Hamzah and Jah Joon, I suddenly felt like crying... I do not know why. It just came over me out of nowhere.

Anyway I want to know why people I do not really know have such a impact on me... Can anyone tell me why?

Fade in, fade out
Blurry glimpses of you
Why do I have such a lousy memory?

Arrivals and Departures

People come and go, for the 3 years in the Aikido club I have seen countless members leave. Some are those one-timers, multiple-timers and those long-timers. Those long-timers are mostly great people who just either lost interest or just got too busy. Most of them are friends of mine, some are better gone =x. I shall not name those better off gone =x.

After training for so long, you can notice the change in people, pace and attitude. Everything just seem so empty suddenly with the usual people gone, replaced with new people that you don't really know. So it brings on the statement "Cherish the time with your friends and family, cause you won't know when something might just happen and you won't see them much anymore."

But luckily, we still go out and have fun even though they are not coming to training anymore! Hoho and that is what the bonds created throughout the interactions we had is for! True friendship is not so easily severed!

Received news that Geraldine is not working at GV anymore due to heavy school workload. Hopefully she is provided with an allowance by her family if not I cannot imagine what she have to go through for food and other expanses! Hang on wor and take care!

Random Stuff

I been thinking about getting a part-time job that has flexible times. Was thinking about this as lately I feel that my wallet is getting tighter, in addition to listening to my Mom complain about have "red bills" which means its overdue. Luckily, my Aunt will be selling her house so she will be coming to stay at my house and like my Mom said "She can help to pay the bills!" =X.

Recently, I found out that GV only pay $4 per hour for the part-time workers! Waa! Its like pretty little compared to my lousy previous Shop N Save job! And Geraldine is like working only on weekends(I think), how much can she manage to earn to pay for her needs? Its pretty hard for her to study and work throughout the week yeah? Keep up the good work!

Oh yea and thanks to Chanzee for telling me about those one day jobs of his! Good money! Haha!

Today during training, I seem to realize that the zeal and enthusiasm that we used to have during training are mostly gone. One reason is that I think when you become a senior and have experienced some injuries, you tend to slow down and slack =/. Those young days are good though! Or maybe its just me getting old =P

I feel disappointed in myself today for being humji and not going to check if Geraldine is still working at GV Tamp! Like I told Wing "I felt scared and ran home!" ZZZzzzz! I cannot seem to get the "Do or you will miss it forever" mentality into my mind anymore! I must get back into shape!

So one question remains....Do you still remember me after so long?

Take care and have a nice day! Haha!

Oh who got job lobang tell me yea? Hehe!

Sunday Training!

Today's training was damn fun! And also since it was raining and the Qi Gong people were taking up the hall, we got to use the 2nd floor multi-purpose studio which is air-conditioned!!! Woot! I hope every Sunday's training would be like today haha =P

Memories of a railway track

Today while I was watching My Date With A Vampire on PPStream, Raymond suddenly told me about the news of two RP students, a couple who were killed on the railway track leading to Malaysia. This prompted memories of the trek that Wing organised weeks ago that me and Nafees went. Apparently the two students were killed after they were hitted while they were sitting on the tracks. Both suffered multiple fractures and both have one leg nearly severed off. The boy's was amputated. Those who went for the trek would remember the sight of an iguana's body. The head was missing and the tail was found a few feet away from the body with the skin cut and bones jutting out. It was quite a bad sight and there were huge, fat flies flying around!

I do not know the reasons why the couple decided to walk along the track at night. Perhaps it was a night walk and perhaps there was other possibilities. I would not trek along the track with only two person as the place is quite creepy and such....Yes I humji! Can a not?!

I have severe doubts about the security of that place! It is called an abandoned track so why the hell is it still in use?! And also there is a station that trekkers have to pass through when trekking and the people inside just do not seem to give a shit when we passed through! Could something like this be prevented if they cared more? Most probably!

Edit: My mistake! It is not an abandoned railway track.

However the question remains that if they were sitting on the tracks when they got hitted by the train, why didn't they felt the train coming?

A great day or not?

Yesterday was the day that me and the others went to watch the fireworks preview for the NDP 2009.

The first thing I woke up to do was no doubt to play some of the Facebook applications. One particular application is the "God wants you to know" thingy and it gave me "God wants you to know that today will be a great day". And what a "great" day it was. I woke up to 4 smses telling me that they will not be able to make it for the fireworks watching. It was ok as they do have more important stuff to do. Following on was the usual Saturday soccer behind East Spring. For some stupid reasons I slipped and fell on my left hip bone on the side and now I am unable to walk properly without feeling the pain. Zzzzzz.... Then I received the worst news I considered for the day! Someone at GV Tampines had fallen sick and now Geraldine has to take over his/her position and could not make it for the fireworks as her shift ends at 9pm! No! Damnit! But still work is more important, there can be other chances....hopefully!

After that was swimming, it was pretty ok and I got better at controlling my breathing. Then somehow while I was on the bus ride home, emo-ness just seemed to set in. I felt like cancelling the whole thing or thinking of a reason to just stay home while the others went on. However I forced myself to go as I was the organiser! A poor one I might add! But it was a good decision to decide to go for the fireworks! Faith could not make it as she was stuck in church...Lolz! And the rest of the day was spend with the rest of the guys and talking lots of crap. It was good in the end! And I must say the fireworks was pretty nice this year especially the ending rapid fire lol! I so hoped Geraldine was there to see it! Oh well!
